Key Holding Service North Wales

Hamilton Security Systems in-house key-holding service is available to all our own customers – domestic and commercial – in the local North Wales area; within 1 hour response time of our Abergele base. If required we are often able to attend and repair equipment at the same time.

Key-holding provides a rapid response and round the clock peace of mind for our customers; and you will not be disturbed unless there has been an incident worthy of us contacting you.
According to the alert type Hamilton Security will respond as follows:

Response to an intruder alarm alert

We will attend your premises (alone or as your escort if you have requested this), check and assess, liaise with police as required, attend to the equipment and create a report.

Response to a monitored CCTV alert (via CCTV operator)

We will attend your premises (alone or as your escort if you have requested this), check and assess, liaise with police as required, attend to the equipment and create a report.

Response to a fire alarm alert

Once the fire service has attended we will take responsibility for the building, attend to the equipment and create a report.
